Following his country's civil war, Bayardo returned to Nicaragua, purchasing a plot of jungle near the farm his family lost during the conflict.  Over the last twenty years, Bayardo and a dedicated team have slowly transformed this swath of jungle into a thriving coffee farm.  Bayardo's coffee is meticulously managed, grown in the shade of plantains and the region's rugged mountains.

We offer a great variety of blends and single origin coffee beans to choose from.  They are constantly cupped and measured for quality which we are confident you'll notice and appreciate.  

Unique to our collection are the All Natural, and, Organic Compliant flavored coffee!  This "dry" process does not use the chemical base of propylene glycol commonly used in flavoring coffee.  It's also coffee grinder friendly as a result.  You will also notice a more smooth, and less bitter flavor profile in our flavored coffee.
