We offer a great variety of blends and single origin coffee beans to choose from.  They are constantly cupped and measured for quality which we are confident you'll notice and appreciate.  

Unique to our collection are the All Natural, and, Organic Compliant flavored coffee!  This "dry" process does not use the chemical base of propylene glycol commonly used in flavoring coffee.  It's also coffee grinder friendly as a result.  You will also notice a more smooth, and less bitter flavor profile in our flavored coffee.

Born on the shores of the Largest Fresh Water Lake in the World, our mission is provide not only a "Superior" coffee, roasted with the traditional small batch attention to detail, but to be an active part of the community supporting water quality and sustainability efforts.  After all, a good cup of coffee, has to start with a good cup of water!   

This is a "Full City" roast - dark, but not too dark.  It does however have a nice depth to it thanks to the Sumatra.

Mariners True North

Sweet and Mild.  This Supremo is a solid every day drinking coffee.  You can't go wrong with this timeless origin. 

Colombian

A "full city" dark roasted coffee. This is one of the favorites from Superior Coffee Roasting Co.!

Ethiopian 

The best of Central America right here.  There is a nice coca element that's balanced with light almond and cashew.

Nicaragua 

One of our lighter "medium" roasts.  Has a very light nutty characteristic.  Nice to brew and have on ice!

Mexican

This is a very convincing coffee.  You would hardly know it was decaffeinated based on the full flavor and aroma.
