Founded in 2013, Go Get Em Tiger seeks to unlock the purest expression of coffee’s intrinsic beauty. We travel the world building partnerships with our favorite producers, then roast those coffees on vintage drum roasters in Los Angeles. Sharing these beautiful coffees with enthusiasts like you is our calling.

Our story begins in the Netherlands, where historically Stroopwafels were only sold on local street markets. It was here where the idea emerged to offer these little Miracles to customers around the world, so everyone can enjoy them. Crossing the Atlantic, our traditional recipe of Stroopwafels made it to the city of New York. This is where our story begins – from the old cobblestone canals of Amsterdam to the bustling City.
Wonderen Stroopwafels opened its first location in the historical building of Grand Central Terminal. We offer freshly baked Stroopwafels dipped in delicious chocolate and sprinkled with your choice of different toppings. This, together with a selection of hand picked premium coffee, gives our customers something enjoy at our stores, on the go, or to take home.

Our mission is to introduce everyone to our delicious irresistible Stroopwafels.
We sell our prepackaged Stroopwafels online, too. Great for a high tea or as a thank-you gift, each item in our shop comes beautifully wrapped in festive packaging.

With decades in the coffee industry, we hated the bad rap syrups got. Why spend so much time, effort and care sourcing incredible varietals, articulating profiles, and dialing in the perfect extraction to pour mediocre syrup in it? It doesn’t make sense.  

As an industry, we figured it out for alternative milks and now they’re genuinely delicious and actually complement our coffee. So why not syrups?

That’s why we created Proper—a truly natural syrup that doesn’t sacrifice taste, texture, or integrity. We proudly make Proper from real, organic ingredients and have specifically tailored our recipe to support the unique flavor profile of specialty coffee. The level of roasting of our coffee is mostly medium to medium/dark, based also on the origin, variety and species of the beans we are working with. We like to highlight the fact that we never over-roast or "bake" our beans, because part of our philosophy is to preserve all the natural aspects of the coffee without overpowering it with unnecessary processing. Our beans always looks nicely roasted, with a light brown color, and even in our "darkest" roasts, you can still notice and appreciate that oaky, golden color, never too dark, never burnt. The community response to our coffee has been phenomenal, and all of our customers are now regular consumers of the "Likuid Element".
