We sell our prepackaged Stroopwafels online, too. Great for a high tea or as a thank-you gift, each item in our shop comes beautifully wrapped in festive packaging.

With decades in the coffee industry, we hated the bad rap syrups got. Why spend so much time, effort and care sourcing incredible varietals, articulating profiles, and dialing in the perfect extraction to pour mediocre syrup in it? It doesn’t make sense.  

As an industry, we figured it out for alternative milks and now they’re genuinely delicious and actually complement our coffee. So why not syrups?

We are often asked how we came up with the name Noble Coyote. Ethical trade and sustainability are very important to us. In the coffee world, a "coyote" is a middleman who purchases coffee from farmers. In a commodity market, coyotes buy low and sell high, to the detriment of the farmers who grow the coffee. We try to purchase coffee from importers who not only compensate farmers fairly, but invest in those farmers in order to improve their lives.

We also pursue noble practices in our day-to-day business and operations. The level of roasting of our coffee is mostly medium to medium/dark, based also on the origin, variety and species of the beans we are working with. We like to highlight the fact that we never over-roast or "bake" our beans, because part of our philosophy is to preserve all the natural aspects of the coffee without overpowering it with unnecessary processing. Our beans always looks nicely roasted, with a light brown color, and even in our "darkest" roasts, you can still notice and appreciate that oaky, golden color, never too dark, never burnt. The community response to our coffee has been phenomenal, and all of our customers are now regular consumers of the "Likuid Element".
